Sneak Peek | Disney Mural

Posted on

So if I have been awol recently it is because I have been a busy bee (ha get it?!). I have finally started a project that I have been planning for a

very long time now and that is a DISNEY MURAL!!

As you may or may not know I am a huge Disney fan (as in animated classics) so I thought I would put together two of my favourite things; Disney and art, and create a mural in my bedroom.

While I am very far off actually being finished I thought I would show you a sneak peek of the progress so far.

I’ve worked in this for about 5 days now (over the past two weeks not consecutively)IMG_0797

So this is half the mural. PLEASE note that it is nowhere near finished so it will get much better, but do let me know what you think of it so far and let me know if there are any characters I HAVE to include!

Until next time,

Bee 🙂

Disney Villains | Painting

Posted on

I finally finished my Disney villains painting!

It took 4 days to complete, so I probably spent between 25-30 hours working on it which is kind of a lot of time!

In true Disney fashion I have also included a hidden Mickey somewhere in the painting.

It may be hard to see from this image however so I will also leave the video link below which I would really appreciate you watching, it will probably also help you find the hidden Mickey!

Sadly I did not have enough room to include all the Disney villains, or even all of my favourites! I had to leave out Mother Gothel and the Queen of Hearts, both of which are two of my favourites. But I felt that the painting would have been overcrowded and cluttered and it just wouldn’t look good.

If you have any questions about how I completed the painting, or any questions of painting/drawing in general please feel free to ask and I will answer you as best I can.

Also if you have any suggestions as to who/what I should draw/paint next let me know.

I hope to draw Rebel Wilson, Skylar Astin, and Shailene Woodley soon. And I also want to try painting an Audrey Hepburn portrait.

Disney Villains | Work in Progress

I’ve been working on a new project that I began yesterday to do a painting of the Disney villains.

While it is nowhere near finished yet, I thought I would share a sneak peek of the painting as a work in progress.

Now before I put up the final piece and before people start freaking out like they did on my last Disney villains drawing, I am not including all of the Disney villains! I know it’s a shame not to, but really the painting would be too crowded and it just wouldn’t look as good, so sadly I had to leave out some really great villains, including some of my favourites like the Queen of Hearts and Mother Gothel.

But for the most part, the villains I am painting are my favourites.

Anyways, let me know what you think of it so far and hopefully the finished painting will be up in a few days 🙂

Mad as a Hatter

Posted on

Just a very quick post today, but I wanted to share with you my newest painting.

Mad Hatter

It had been a very long time since I took the time to sit down and do a painting so yesterday I spent my day painting this and drinking tea. Something about the mad hatter always makes me want tea.

The Mad Hatter is probably my favourite character from Alice in Wonderland, there’s just something about him. Now I have a giant canvas painting of him on top of my bookshelf, haha!

Let me know what you think, and if you have any suggestions as to what I should paint/draw next
